Good Evening Innovations Families,

School photos for retakes and new students will happen on Wed and Thursday April 9 and 10. View this flier for details.

Lisa, our 8th grade teacher is looking for stand up paddle boards and kayaks for a field trip she is taking after spring break. If you have access to either of these, please email Lisa@innovationsacademy.org

The Media Arts Center of San Diego is working in collaboration with Innovations Academy on campus this Spring for some project work.

They have an excellent spring break program available at their site in North Park if you are interested.

Dates are 3/31-4/4. There are two groups. 1st-3rd grade, and 4th-7th.

Campers will create original movies using a variety of technological skills. These include learning how to use a camera, using movie-making software, editing, creating a story board, etc.  For more info see their website.

Our second graders experienced an exciting field trip to Mojo’s Gym. They had so much fun that they convinced the gym to open up a class for 2nd -8th graders. See the flier for details.

Fundraiser: The Muppets Most Wanted is showing on March 22 at 10am at the Digiplex in Poway. $2.00 of each ticket purchased may go back to the school. Imagine  if only 50 people show up that’s $200 for IA. For more information read the flier.
