  • Tour and Get Information…The only way to make an informed choice for your children is to get accurate information. Come find out about our school. Parent information sessions are the way to learn about our program and tour our school.

    Wednesday, December 6th at 6:00 p.m.
    Saturday, January 6th at 9:00 a.m.
    Wednesday, February 21st at 6:00 p.m.
    Saturday, March 10th at 9:00 a.m.

For the 2017-2018 school year, the application period for the March 6, 2017 lottery started November 22, 2016 and ended March 1, 2017. Applications received after March 1, 2017 will be added to the 2017-2018 wait list in order received. Prior year applications do not roll over to the next school year. If you were on the wait list for 2016-2017, you must submit an application for 2017-2018.

Incoming siblings of returning students will be given priority as long as a 2017-2018 online application is submitted.

To fill out an application, go to https://secure.k12online.us/innovations-academy-charter-school Select the button, New Student Application and select need access key. If you have more than one child applying to Innovations Academy, click on the Add More Applicants. Check your email for the access key and return to the K12 Online website for the completion of your child’s application. Please be sure to complete one application for each child.

In addition to submitting an online application, parents must attend one mandatory New Parent Information Session. They are held at our campus: 10380 Spring Canyon Rd. 92131, in the multi-purpose room. You do not need to RSVP, but sign in upon your arrival. Children are welcome to attend, please bring materials to keep them occupied. Upcoming Parent Information Sessions are scheduled:

  • Tuesday, July 18, 2017, 6:00 pm
  • Saturday, July 22, 2017, 9:00 am

Frequently asked questions during the application period:

Q: What is the process for applying for the 2017-18 school year?
A: Starting November 22, 2016 and ending March 1, 2017, fill out an online application and attend an information session. All applications received by March 1, 2017, will be included in the March 6, 2017 lottery. Applications received after 4:00 pm March 1, 2017 will be added to a wait list in order received.

Q: Are siblings given priority?
A: Siblings of currently enrolled students are given priority. That said, an application for siblings is still required.

Q: I have a Kindergartner, how old must s/he be to enroll?
A: Kindergarten Applicants must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st for the 2017-18 school year.

Q: How do I apply?
