MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES INFO FOR PARENTS
It is legally required that we share certain information to parents twice per year. This information was also shared in September. Below is the information:
This informational message is intended to share resources for mental health services and to make sure we are supporting our families adequately. As you know, we have a strong social emotional program and we offer much support to our students and families in the area of mental health throughout the year. This email is a reminder that support is there when and if you need it.
If you are experiencing homelessness, please email Devon@innovationsacademy.org. We may have information that could be of assistance to you.
Innovations Academy recognizes that when unidentified and unaddressed, mental health challenges can lead to a plethora of issues related to school, including poor academic performance and chronic absenteeism.
