NEWS FOR THE WEEK
FAMILY CARPOOL REQUESTS
A family in Mira Mesa is looking for another family that would be willing to drive their cheerful, on-time 2nd grader in the mornings. They’d be more than happy to work out an arrangement to pay gas/mileage. Contact cayleyrice@gmail.com
A 7th grader also needs a ride to school from Old Scripps. If you are coming from that area and might be able to help, please contact ran.shenhar@gmail.com

Your children will be participating in school photos on Oct. 26 & 27 and Nov. 2 & 3. See the flier for the exact schedule.
MATH @ HOME
One of the goals we have set for ourselves this year is to focus on math instruction. STMATH and REFLEX MATH are two programs your child can do at home. They have their passwords. See the helpful sheet about using_st_math_at_home It is very important for children to play and be free and creative with their time, so we want to keep it to a maximum of 20 minutes per day or a maximum of 2 hours per week. Thank you.
