Thank you all for the huge outpouring of support at our Family Dance on Friday night. We were expecting 300 and ended up with well over 400. We are so grateful to all of the volunteers that helped pull off a celebration of family fun. Your patience and positive attitudes were shining through all evening. It is great to be at a school that feels like a home!! As you may have noticed, we were short on help. Please consider volunteering to put on an even better Family Dance next year!!
IA is hosting an Intergenerational Earth Day on Thursday, April 9th from 9:30am-1:00pm . All of our students will participate. Sally’s Sixth Grade continues to collect books for an upcoming used book sale to raise funds for their Catalina trip. Please bring any gently used books to school this week.
Lisa’s 8th grade is having a rummage sale to raise funds for the annual 8th grade Northern California trip. The sale will be held March 21st and they are looking for donations of gently used clothing, toys and furniture. If you have donations, please bring them to room 806 before March 19th
Mission Federal Credit Union, across the street from IA, is offering us$25 for every checking account opened when we are the referring party so if you know of anyone opening a bank account, tell them to mention us.
Mission Federal Credit Union is sponsoring a special Family Day at LEGOLAND on Saturday, March 14th, in partnership with JackFM. Innovations Academy families can receive special access to be able to get in for only $15 per person, a substantial discount on the regular price. Go in during the business hours for tickets.

YEARBOOKS: Online ordering for yearbooks is now open. Yearbooks are $20 including tax and families can personalize two pages for free. Deadline for online ordering is: April 18.
