Thank you for taking the time to check in. It is our goal at Innovations Academy to be the best school for our students and families. With such a variety of opinions about what makes a good school, this is a tall order. Additionally, we have a new mandate to write a plan that aligns with the new budgetary decisions of the state of California. In order to do that we have developed a survey to gather your input.

Please have at least one person in your family complete the survey by this Friday MAY 9th). It is fine if each parent wants to do their own survey. The survey can be anonymous or you are welcome to put your name. I know it is difficult to find the time but we are counting on all of you to make the effort.

Please take this survey to help Innovations Academy in the development of our LCAP (Local Control Accountability Plan). The LCAP is a new state requirement. The LCAP is a component of theLCFF (Local Control Funding Formula). Under the LCFF all LEAs are required to prepare an LCAP, which describes how they intend to meet annual goals for all pupils, with specific activities to address state and local priorities identified pursuant toEC Section 52060(d).
