Happy New Year! Now that we have all welcomed the new year with open arms and resolute plans, school can reconvene.
NO SCHOOL TOMORROW
The first and most important announcement is that there is NO school tomorrow. Students return to class on Tuesday, January 7th. This allows our teachers to take a day of planning and collaboration.
NEW LUNCH FORM
Our new lunch order form in on the website. If you are ordering more than one lunch each month, it helps us if you order them all at once as we are charged paypal fees.
APPRECIATIONS
Thanks to all who participated in the book fair in December. Pernille, our leading book fair mom took this job on with great fervor and family sacrifice and I am very grateful. I don’t have all of the numbers yet, but will get them out when we do.
And I would like to express another appreciation to all of you, the parents and friends of our students who came out for the amazing exhibition night. Your audience to the great work that your children have done makes a difference for everyone.$800 was raised for the SD Food Bank and much canned food was collected. Two more projects will be completed by each student by our next exhibition on March 27th.

There is a great learning experience to be had put on by Sustainable Scripps Ranch.
