Attendance is important!! It can be difficult to battle spring fever at this time of year. We consider every school day to be important, especially now that students are finishing up projects, closing out their portfolio work and getting ready for all of the final events of the year. Let’s end the year strong.

The voting deadline for the DonorNation School Volunteer of the Year Award for San Diego County schools has been extended until May 24, 2013. This is our community’s last opportunity to vote for our school volunteer nominee. Send this information to your friends and family members who can also help. Valuable prizes will be awarded, including: $5000 for the winner’s school, a year’s worth of free groceries from Sprouts, and a pair of season tickets to La Jolla Playhouse. Presentations of Learning are coming for the final semester. POLs are given by each student as they reflect on their work this past semester. Please keep reading the teacher blogs for upcoming information.
