Shenoa Loewry
Teacher assistant, One-on-One AideMy name is Shenoa Loewy and this is my second year with IA as a one-on-one behavioral aid and TA. I work with students on an individual level to meet their IEP goals, both behaviorally, and in all areas of academics.
I’ll be working with the 3rd graders this year as they navigate their educational journey. I’ve been working with children for nearly three years while also completing my studies in Biotechnology at Miramar College.
I attended IA as a student myself and was greatly impacted by the wonderful staff and the unique ethos the school holds. It is a pleasure to return here and pass on the same knowledge and hopefully leave a similar impact on today’s IA students.

Skylar Reyes
Teacher assistant, 3rd Grade Teaching AssistantHey y’all, I’m Skylar & I’m so excited to be back at IA for my second year as a TA. I come from a teaching family which inspired me to work with children, and I am almost done with my bachelor’s in early childhood education. Before moving to San Diego because of my husband’s job in the navy we lived in Colorado where I worked as a special needs paraprofessional. I love getting to know the students every year and helping them learn.
When I’m not working at IA, I run my own photography business. I’m also a mom to three kids (a daughter & twin boys) and three pups (a Dalmatian, a Aussie / husky mix, and a golden retriever ) Any chance we get we are either outside, exploring San Diego or traveling. I love doing anything creative, to garden, and to be at the beach.
I can’t wait to meet and work with your children this year!
