Hi! My name is Jackie Piña, and this will be my third year at IA. I had the opportunity to work with IA during my internship, student teaching requirements and as a TA for 1st grade. 

I am beyond excited to teach 3rd grade this year! I have a Bachelor’s in Human Psychology and a Master’s in Elementary Education.  

In my free time I enjoy cooking, baking, traveling, and exploring San Diego with my husband Jose and two boys Liam (7) and Samuel (5). My favorite hobbies include walking around Disneyland, hiking, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. 

 I look forward to this upcoming year and working with a great team!
