Hi! My name is Madi and I am so excited to be joining the Innovations Academy team this year teaching 2nd Grade! I just moved this summer from Las Vegas where I taught 2nd grade for 3 years!
I was born and raised in Arizona before attending the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I have always known I wanted to be a teacher, and I feel incredibly grateful to live out that dream each day by learning and growing alongside my students!
Outside of teaching, I love spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and enjoying the beautiful San Diego weather at the beach. I’m excited to explore even more of everything San Diego has to offer!
I can’t wait to meet my students and families and begin an amazing school year together. I’m looking forward to creating a classroom where every child feels welcome and where we will all make lasting memories!
