I believe in the power of families and the unparalleled value of parents in our society. Beyond all I am the proud mother of four marvelous children and the wife of a man I love dearly.
I founded Innovations Academy for my own children who are now beyond college and still bringing me the joys only a mother can experience through and with her children. I was a La Leche League Leader, lactation educator, homeschool parent until opening IA, and an active community homeschool organizer. I have lived in Mexico and Costa Rica and speak Spanish fluently. I love to read, dance, listen to music, mountain bike, spend time near the ocean, travel and be present for my family.
I am very interested in improving the world by supporting, building and creating interest based learning environments and reminding others about the joy and importance of intentional quality parenting.
