Pledge Drive
Thank you for the out-pour of responses from last Sunday’s call. We have now raised $10,800 with 98 families contributing. The pledge drive has come to a close but if any of the remaining 152 families would still like to contribute, we will not turn away letters of support or contributions starting at $1. Our Friday middle school newsletter club has published its first newsletter. In alignment with our desire to go green, they decided to print and hang it around school and upload it to the website. Our newsletter can be found on the website under the “NEWS” tab.

Suzie’s Farm CSA boxes
We are considering a CSA co-op with Suzie’s Farm again this year. These local, organic fruit and vegetable boxes cost $25. We must have enough committed participants to start up this service. See this link for examples: http://suziesfarm.

Save the date: Garden Build Sunday, November 10
