Before and After School

We have recently had some issues on campus before and after school and so this is a reminder to parents. Students are NOT allowed on campus before 8:30 a.m. unless they are enrolled in the Outpost Program.

NO students are allowed on campus after 3:30 p.m. unless they are enrolled in the Outpost program with the following exceptions:
–Students practicing for the play with Natasha must be in the MPR for the entire practice.
–Students receiving tutoring on campus must be in the classroom with the teacher/assistant
–Students in paid after school classes must be with their designated instructor
–Students in Robotics must be with Jeff in the office

If there are any issues with this plan, please email Christine@innovationsacademy.org

Testing

End of the year testing is upon us and can be stressful for children. Please always assure them that their job in life, whether it be in friendships, in class, in sports, in music, in testing and in everything is to always do their best. There is nothing more and nothing less expected of them.

POLs

Presentations of Learning are an end of the year presentation during which students reflect and share about their growth and learning this year. You will be invited to observe a group of students, including your own, and we appreciate your participation. You will be hearing more about POLs in your teacher’s weekly email.
