I’m Tracey Mueller-Gibbs, the 4th and 5th grade Education Specialist here at Innovations Academy. I arrived at Innovations after three prior years teaching in Special Education, with a focus on Autism and ADHD.
Teaching is my second career, after a first career as a Conservation Biologist. Drawing on my background in research-based decision-making, I went on to earn a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Leadership. I concentrated my studies on educational equity, and found my passion for creating environments where all children in our community can thrive to their fullest potential.
My favorite part about working as an Education Specialist is the hands-on opportunity to help my students develop their abilities to access their strengths and thrive.
