Tom Marchand is a Finance and Accounting Recruiter at Proven Recruiting with over 20 years of experience in the San Diego market. He has helped place more than 500 professionals, specializing in building out finance teams for companies across the life sciences sector – from early-stage and pre-IPO to public and commercial organizations.
