Hi all, my name is Riley! I’m so excited to be teaching first grade again at Innovations Academy. This will be my second year at IA, and I feel so lucky to be part of such a kind, creative, and inspiring community.
I’m originally from Danville, California, in the Bay Area, and I moved to San Diego a little over 2 years ago. I graduated from Chico State with a degree in Liberal Studies and have always known I wanted to be a teacher, it’s truly my dream job! Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and enjoying the beautiful San Diego sunshine.
I’m looking forward to another year full of learning, laughter, and connection!
