Hello Innovation Academy Parents. I’m so excited to introduce myself. I am Marla James, a new special education teacher and education specialist for the students of Innovations Academy. I have a combined 12 years of experience teaching reading, writing, and math skills to students from kindergarten to young adults and students with IEPs.  Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to building students up and supporting their academic and social growth. As an IEP teacher and case manager, I value strong collaboration with families and believe that partnering with parents is essential to student success. I’m excited to bring my passion, experience, and commitment to student development to Innovations Academy, and I look forward to being part of such a forward-thinking, student-centered community.
