Weekly News 8/27-9/2

Good Morning, Innovations Families! Welcome  to a new school year! This message should have gone out last night and I apologize for the delay.

Bus
Thanks to the Elliot Family we found a bus locally to purchase. And thank you to parents for the pledge drives that gave us the ability to make this purchase!  Once our board approves it, we will have the transportation that will support our multitude of field study experiences. And we are now looking for a part time bus driver. Please refer anyone you may know to us.

The power of community is invincible and I appreciate our powerful community.

Drop Off and Pick Up

Before care students will enter through the north gate between 7:00-8:30.

Drop off for the rest of the students begins at 8:30 a.m. Children and their parents must enter at the front gate.

Pick up begins at dismissal (3:15) for a 15 minute duration(until 3:30 T-Fri). We encourage parents to come into the classroom at least one time per week to pick up their child(ren). This fosters communication between parents or care- givers and teachers and allows parents to see student work.

Any child going home with another family for a play date must have a signed note to be given to their teacher that day or earlier. Ride coordination can take up quite a bit of time, please be respectful that teachers have tasks ahead of them after school gets out.
Any child remaining after 3:30  will be placed in Outpost After School Camp and will be charged a fee.
