The School Family Dance POSTPONED
The Second Annual Family Dance will be rescheduled due to a conflict with the district schedule for the Multipurpose Room. The new date is Saturday, April 20th from 6:30-9:00 p.m. Mark your calendars now! If you were not able to attend last year then you will have to trust me when I tell you how fun it is to have people of all ages gathered to celebrate the amazing school we are. The theme is “Peace, Love and Disco. The cost is $10 and includes dinner and dancing. Extended family and friends are welcome. Scholastic Book Fair. Our book fair will take place from April 29- May 2. A book fair can never have too many volunteers! Pernille, our book fair coordinator needs your help. The more volunteers the merrier. Help is needed with decorating, setting up, taking down, organizing, serving refreshments, helping shoppers and more. Rattlesnake Awareness. Reminder that this coming Wednesday, Innovations Academy, Families in Nature and Sustainable Scripps Ranch will host an informative evening with Jeff Lemm, herpetologist and leading authority on local reptiles and amphibians. His dynamic presentation will cover rattlesnake awareness, natural history and safety with an overview of local reptiles and amphibians. All of this will take place on Wednesday, March 13th at 6:30.
