Innovations Academy New Student Application

Innovations Academy enrollment period is from February 2nd–May 4th, 2009. To be accepted into the lottery pool parents must fill in the application online (or submit one through mail) and attend a Parent Information Session before May 4th. All applicants will be notified of the date of the public lottery. Parents will be notified by the end of May of acceptance or wait list status.

Parent information sessions will be held on the following dates (you only need to come to one):

February 18th, 6:30–8:00pm in the Community Room
March 5th, 7:15–8:45pm in the Multipurpose Room
March 22nd, 12:00–1:30pm in the Community Room

Program Options:

Innovations Academy offers a 5-day program for a full-time school opportunity. For independent study and/or home-schooled students, we offer 2-day and 3-day onsite programs. Please indicate which option you are interested in:

5-day	Full-Time: Both Programs
3-day: Tue, Wed, Thu	3-day Onsite w/ 2-day Independent Study: Project-Based Service Learning
2-day: Mon, Fri	The 2-day program is only for new enrolling 3rd - 8th graders. 2-day Onsite w/ 3-day Independent Study: Primarily Community Partnerships & Programs

For independent study students enrolling in the 3-day and 2-day programs, students are expected to attend all of the 2 or 3 days of their programs.

If your student is waitlisted because your first-choice option is not available, we will contact you if you have the option of taking an open slot in another program.
